Changed the way URLs for features and stocks are created. Admins can now buil the URL string using place holders

Added ability to set URLs for stocks. Added ability to configure format of stock and feature page titles. Changed the stock syncing to match that of features. Removed the ability to set the title for stocks and features. Titles get set automatically now.

Fixed bug in permissions for all modules that create node types. When testing if a node type should be created the function should always return true if the permission is set

Moved the stock_genotype theme to the genetic module. Technically it is part of the stock module, but the tables behave similarly to the feature_genotype table and are both superceeded by the nd tables. Since it the themes fit better with the genetic module they have been moved there
