While trying to fix this the wrong CDS problem I needed the so__cds field to work (which it now is with this commit). I also added a jbrowse viewer so I could easily see how the genes are supposed to look

Issue #84: Small tweak to Stephens original fix. The tripal_cv_obo_tripal_cv_obo_idx1_idx was an alternate name for the tripal_cv_obo_obo_id_idx so new fix simply ensures that both are altered to the same idx2
