Added basic filter functionality for chado fields. Specifically, textfield/string filters and drop-down/foreign key filters. Still need numeric, boolean and date.

Quick fix to the chado field views handler. When not used in conjunction with a drupal field, the views_handler_field_field file needs to be included.
