Added db storage of blast job details and cleaned up different implementations previously storing data (edit & resubmit used drupal variables and recent jobs used session) to use the new database saved details.

Bug Fix: If users uploaded query files with spaces, the blast command would fail b/c of too many arguements; added quotes around query filename to fix this.

Updated get blast database API function to respect node access to that we can use any node access module to restrict the blast databases available :) Tested & works with Simple Access
